Our Commitment to Accessibility

Empyrean is committed to creating digital experiences that people can perceive, understand, navigate, and use across a wide range of abilities, technologies, and ways of interacting.

We believe accessibility is an important part of designing and delivering thoughtful, inclusive products. Our approach combines established accessibility standards with ongoing evaluation, documentation, and improvement.

Our Accessibility Standard

Empyrean evaluates its digital products against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level A and Level AA success criteria.

We use accessibility evaluations to identify gaps and understand where our products support or do not support the WCAG standards. Findings are documented and used to inform remediation planning and future product work.

We recognize that accessibility is not a one-time effort and our goal is continued progress toward increasingly accessible and inclusive experiences across Empyrean products.

Scope

This statement applies to Empyrean digital products and services unless otherwise noted.

Across Empyrean products, features and integrations differ and, as such, accessibility conformance may vary product-by-product, resulting in some areas that may not currently satisfy all WCAG 2.2 success criteria. Third-party content, services, or integrations may also have accessibility characteristics outside Empyrean's direct control.

As part of our ongoing accessibility practice, we maintain processes for identifying, prioritizing, and addressing accessibility issues over time.

Accessibility documentation for individual products may be available upon request.
