The award categories include Contact Center of the Year – Technology Industries, National Sales Team of the Year, and Virtual Technology Sales Enablement and Pre-Sales Team of the Year. As a finalist, Empyrean has been recognized for exceptional technology and growth leadership, and service dedication from among many organizations nominated worldwide.
Winners of the 12th annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service will be announced at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on February 23rd.
